    Breakfast staff was good but hospitality and room was so bad, washroom was not working properly, they have taken my card for security reason but charged 50 pound when i asked why have sone this they say money will come back now god know when my money will be back

    I had 4 trolleys and no one even bothered to help me to escort or render a hand. The staffs just looked like it’s my problem. And I did not get any toiletry kits too. Even if they had given me a trolley I would have dragged my things but then I felt no one cares about it.

    The rooms are too small, there is no fridge in the room, they don’t deliver bags to your room or to the bus for airport, they don’t answer calls from the room regularly.

    With deep regret and a big stone on my heart I write this complaint against one Front Office Executive Samir Patel of Double Tree By Hilton at Heathrow Airport, London, UK. Me and my family have been using Hilton Hotels for more than a decade and I considered it to be my second home but I was wrong. I booked one night stay at Double Tree by Hilton .I had been given a dinghy room with two separate beds intentionally. Being a solo Lady traveller I requested to change the room . After Check in on 1st July 2019 I requested for Wake Up call at 5AM on 2nd of July as I have to catch Quatar Airways Flight in the morning . The most important point of concern about my complaint that surprisingly Samir Patel did not make any wake up call. I was so certain about the service of Hilton that I did not make any alternate arrangement. Eventually I missed my Flight QR 6 of Qatar Airways from London to Doha and subsequently Doha to Kolkata. I consider this rustic, casual and desperate behaviour of Samir Patel was completely deliberate in nature which ultimately leads to a big financial loss and personal harassment to me. Eventually I have to buy another Air ticket of 695 GBP of Air India and still I could not reach my home. Under the above circumstances I demand compensation from the Hotel authority for the financial loss, physical and mental harassment caused by the reckless attitude of Front Office Executive Samir Patel of Double Tree by Hilton at Heathrow airport.

    Closest to the airport

    Room was good but not very spacious for a family. It is close to the airport and airport shuttle goes from the hotel. We had to help ourselves to carry our luggage to the room but this was the case with all the hotels in London. Breakfast buffet was awesome. There is a Tesco across the road and a few Indian shops which was good for us.

    Neat minimalist accommodation for airport transfer

    We were on our vacation and stayed the last night before taking return flight from Heathrow. Hotel is conveniently located near to Bus stops of various routes. Nearest station is Hounslow west on Piccadilly line which is 4 bus stops away. Heathrow central (and therefore terminals 1, 2, 3) is directly connected. We had to take free Heathrow express to transfer to terminal 4.

    I like this hotel location because it easy to access train, airport and bus station. I found near Hunslow market which is specially good for Indian peoples who love to eat Indian food over there. Room was good and bathroom was okay. WiFi connection was excellent.
