Very bad service breakfast not good. Very very poor quality. Over all no maintenance. In lobby very very hot and not worth for the payment made worst. Place in malaysia. Even in restaurent no air condition

Not value for money but Hotel environment is peaceful

Some Indian food is available in Islamic restaurant in top floor of this hotel. Food cost is quite high. They give only 350 ml water daily. This is not expected in Kuala Lumpur. Communication is not good. The food in the cafe is worst. The WiFi speed is lower and not always available.

Food was good. Staff behavior was excellent. Amazing experience. Yacht experience. Was the best of all. Unforgettable one. One thing which make us unhappy was that our flight landed at Lankawi at 8:00 am and we reached hotel around 9 and were told that check-in time is 2:00 pm. So we had to wait around 5 hours to check-in. That was worst nightmare experience of trip. Had been proper planning this would have been avoided.
