    All staff are good and ready to help but the language problem will arise, so please update your translate app so that it will easy to understand, room are little dark, light are less in rooms. Market are little far from the hotel.

    Pathetic, rude staff at reception & restaurant

    The fresh orange juice price on the menu was 38 rmb but the hotel charged me 83 rmb. When i asked the manager why he is charging me so high then the menu, then he said the rate was for normal juice, but we gave you fresh juice hence the charge is high. But i exactly remember that while discussing the menu before ordering, the manager confirmed me that menu price is the price for fresh juice pnly. But he cheated and did not agree. Another thing, i ordered the fired rice with fresh green beans and other vegetables. But the staff offered my rice with egg and vegetables. These rice were the same what the hotel offered in the breakfast in the morning and the taste of the rice was stale and smelling. So they usu-sally do not cook fresh food, they give you stale food. The receptionist lady was very rude while checking in.

    Had a good time in this hotel and were not able to get veg food in the hotel but than too the stay was cool and rooms were well maintained. It's a bit far from our business centre but v use to get taxi and buses for the same.

    Excellent stay. Beautiful hotel. The location is fabulous. The overall ambience is great, the greenery within the hotel and surrounding areas gives it a resort feel. The Baiyun leather market is nearby.

    The location was good. The room was excellent but there was a problem regarding the air conditioner which was not working properly even though it was centralized else everything was good staff were cooperative. Pool was very nice big room service was also good and very prompt.

    Its a value of money hotel. I have booked this hotel at 38 USD per day. Hotel decor is awesome. Only a way of attached bathroom in room little disgusting. Overall services and cleanliness awesome. I give 4.5 star out of 5 star for this hotel.
