The Amethyst Hotel was good, breakfast had a lot of dry fruits stuff for vegetarians. Finding vegetarian food is tough in istanbul, there should be a dedicated menu for vegetarians and vegans. Overall a good place.

Great location, good polite staff and decent rooms at reasonable prices. The rooms are not very big but pretty accommodative. The breakfast has limited but tasty items that you can rely on. The Amethyst Hotel also offers late checkout till 4 pm at half a day’s price. We didn’t know this otherwise would have used the same.
