Not Good resort with nil services

We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days and the service is bad and it is rated as 5 star resort with nil amenities and the rooms were allocated almost 1 km frm the reception and there was no proper buggy service and food was terrible and no room maintenance daily

Rooms provided were not pool view and it was all the way in the last row since i had booked . While the food was good, their service was average which needs lot of improvement.
