Rooms are clean and air conditioned. Upgrade to deluxe at extra cost was not worth it as the room is the same but on a higher floor with no lift. Clean and hygienic. Room service is passable. Beds are very soft and you get a backache after 2 days. I ended up sleeping on the floor (had to get a bed topper at extra cost to put on the floor).
