Rooms were in another buildings, far from reception and main hotel. Smelly washroom. Swimming pool area is completely ignored. Not at all worth it. Only the view from restaurant is good.

We stayed in the tropical villa, the room was everything we could ask for. However, the other hotel services were not upto the mark and the hotel staff were very rude at times. The pool and the beach area was not properly maintained. Property is getting old and rusty and not being maintained properly.

We booked suite villa with private pool for 4 nights and it was just amazing. Everything was perfect but just Beach Republic, Koh Samui needs some maintenance. AC water leakage/doors locking problems etc.
