Excellent stay at jack tree lodge

We had a marvelous staying experience at the jack tree lodge, up in the kandy hills, overlooking the valley. We booked 4 rooms for us, six persons, from new delhi, india. The rooms were clean, with ac, tv (didn’t get time to watch though, complimentary tea/coffee kits, 500 ml sealed water bottles in all the rooms. All the rooms had an attached varendah where we could get a hills view. The upper floor rooms had an even excellent picturesque kandy hills view, where one could even see the faraway lakes, down the valley. There was a big separate common, sitting/dining space with balcony, where one could relax and enjoy, upstairs. The hostess were very courteous and helpful. Complimentary breakfast had freshly cut fruits, fresh mix fruits juice, bread toast, butter, jams, omlette, with tea/coffee. Only negative point, the room service was a tad slow, which needs improvement. Overall it was a wonderful experience and would strongly recommend, specially because if it’s decent, down to earth room price, in comparison to the courtesy and facilities available

Poor Stay

Location is far from city and is like a deserted location. It's appeared to be dangerous to reach the hotel after 7 pm. There are no street lights, no security and it seemed scary. In hotel, there is no frequent availability of hot water. I would prefer not staying with family
