We had a new born with us and asked not to be on the first floor due to outside noise, the rooms say they are sound proof i assure you they are not you can hear the water flushing from next door and above. The shower size literally does not fir an adult human . The receptionist was very rude and wouldn’t accommodate our request to move us to room on a higher floor and they gave us a room with twin beds for a family. Worst hosts would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Only plus is its near the station.

In our room the heater and refrigerator wasn’t working and even after we complained no one looked into it. Breakfast has very limited options in veg. Also they don’t provide drinking water. Otherwise Overall stay was good.
