Teba house was terrible 😔😞

all of the above our experience in teba house was terrible. 1. the owner lady was disgusting, no manner, talks roudly, no respect for guests( specially for Indians ). 2. she teach the staffs act infront of guest meanful, staffs poking to check out room on the time, they keep bothering us ! 3. the owner even told the staff to don't give a cup of coffee as a complementary in breakfast once only!

Kakul villa dined fror check in. Kakul villa is a really very good property for nature lover. Q level of peace you get here is amazing staff is very very cooperative and well behaved swimming pool is really very clean, plants and tress are well maintained.

I need a refund i had booked a superior room and at first we had to wait near reception for almost an hour because the stay owner was declining our booking as he didnt had ablny confirmation of our booking he said and finally after speaking with customer care he gave us room that too a bad one with broken toilet seat and no ac working

There was no water available in the room, I tried very hard to find hotel person in the premises, finally after 1 hour, I found they slept at 10 'o' clock itself.

The hotel location is good. Rooms are nice. Staff is good. Service is nice. Only thing is they should improve the breakfast facility. Breakfast quantity is not enough. Also they should provide some variety in breakfast. They should give some preference for cleanliness in room. They did not change my used towels. Instead they put the same pair of towels again.

Value for money room. The garden ambience is great. Breakfast was good (pancakes). The bed was comfortable and the room was airy. The hosts are very helpful with any requests. Recommended for a stay if you're exploring Ubud
