Terrible Stay

I had to cancel my booking due to a close relative passing away. They have not refunded the money even though it is mentioned that the hotel will refund in such cases. I have informed 4 days earlier as well. Also do not book through make my trip. They do not assist you in this process as well.

Hotel is superb and big. Hotel offers access from zero level and 15 level too. Rooms are good and clean and offer superb views of mountains. Hotel is far from city center - approx 15 mins walk. Spa is good and offer good spread of services.
