hotel was in the area which always had lot of traffic making it difficult to book grab.wardrbe door was defective. it was not moving at all.no view from window.lack of brffast options for indian tourist.rooms are not sound proof.although the staff was good

If you’re coming from India be ok to pay 75% of your booking since youll reach the hoetl before 9 AM. its well located 15 mins walk from Night Market and Train Street. staff is good. Room doesnt have a lot of natural light otherwise everything is good

The property is near the hanoi old street nearby. But in the breakfast they have no veg food available. But correctly it’s not available even in whole vietnam according to india their hotels are not as good as india. So don’t think their star ratings as india. And the milk for infant or baby you have to purchase everywhere. Don’t think you will get it in free. So its better either you bring it from home packet or buy it from first day here the milk packet.

Our experience was not that good. Only the hotel staff was good and very helpful rest the hotel rooms were very bad. They said vegetarian will b available but there was no veg food only fruits. Room were bad with minimal facilities and wifi was bad. Would not recommend.
