The location was perfect, right in the heart of hanoi, close to the old quarter and the lake. I enjoyed walking around and exploring the city. Me and my friend visited Vietnam for 7 days and for our first night in Hanoi we stayed in Jacosmo Hotel and Spa. The room we stayed was with a city view and had one king size bed and one single bed. It was huge. We met Richard and Brian, who helped us in any possible way they can. Though it was an one night stay but it was a very comfortable stay. Jacosmo is situated in the centre of the Old Quarter Road and maximum tourist places were walkable from the hotel. I would love to visit Hanoi again and will definitely stay in Jacosmo. 😊

Ja-cosmo is located at one of the best location in the city. The rooms are decent and exactly like what you see in the pictures. The staff is always looking out for extra money for the services they can easily provide for free like early check-in, pursuing for halong bay day trips etc which can be annoying some times. Good location. Great food. Good rooms. Hospitality was quite ok. We needed a 3 hour early check in. The guy on the front desk brian, charged us for the full day. We started our trip with hanoi so we just thought that that’s how it is in vietnam, but all the places we’ve stayed since, we’ve had the warmest and most wonderful hosts. Not only did he charge us for the entire day, he didn’t even give us a reciet. Apart from the fact that he charged us for two days, he refused to give us complementary water saying that “early check in doesn’t get complementary water”. Apart from this, the hotel is as advertised.
