The entire team delivered outstanding hospitality — every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. Their professionalism and friendliness made us feel completely at home on the waters of Halong Bay. The dining experience was truly one of the highlights. Each meal was beautifully presented, combining local Vietnamese flavors with international flair. From the fresh seafood to the perfectly balanced desserts, every dish reflected quality, creativity, and care. The chefs and serving staff deserve special praise for their excellent service and attention to detail. Our cabin was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed, offering panoramic views of the breathtaking limestone karsts. The onboard entertainment and activities — from cooking demonstrations to kayaking — were thoughtfully planned and enjoyable. Good price, clean and elegant cruise. Staffs are very friendly and well mannered. The best part is the live band at night. Wonderful experience. All major activities included, food was also very tasty. Large collection of exotic wines. Overall wonderful and best experience of vietnam.
