Decent average hotel at good location

We were at Quality Inn Pismo beach for a night. Though it is a good value for money, not much should be expected. Rooms were small and the bed sheets were not clean. Breakfast had very limited variety and beds were not very comfortable. Also, there were mosquitoes in the room. In the morning there was a strange smell of gasoline (probably due to trailers parked outside). The receptionist was very helpful with regards to check on and giving us options for food nearby. Decent value hotel overall.
