They won't provide you the bellboy to help if you have big bags you have to take them to their room and lift is also very far from reception.

This is a worst property that I have ever stayed for: No drinking water in the room (reason given by Hotel - Scottish water is best so use Tap water) No room service as there is a lack of staff Same breakfast menu for 2 days Worst- no signage to identify the Ramada property and that it's merged with courtyard ..
