St giles is located in the city centre with easy access to most of the major attractions in london so location wise 5/5, staff at reception and room service were very courteous and welcoming 5/5, rooms are like boxes as expected but matches to the price 5/5, the bathroom could have been bit more roomy for an easy and safe in and out even for an average built man so 3/5, and the room heater could have been performing better than what it was which was raised appropriately to the concerned people without results, hence needs betterment 4/5, concierge services excellent people managing well 5/5. Overall 4 out of 5
