I recently stayed at Royal Residence UAQ and booked a 3-bedroom villa for my family. Overall, it was a decent stay, but with some areas that could be improved. The villa was spacious with well-fitted washrooms in each room and hot water available. However, the bathrooms were average with older fittings and surprisingly, no hair dryer was provided. The cabinets weren’t clean, which was disappointing. The kitchen was average, lacking basic amenities like a stove, which you’d expect in a 3-bedroom villa. On the plus side, the property boasts good swimming pools – two large ones and a smaller pool for kids, which my family enjoyed. Overall, it’s a good option for a short stay, especially for families with children who will appreciate the pools, but I’d recommend improvements in the kitchen amenities, bathroom fittings, and cleanliness for a better experience.

It was a great expirience to stay in a 3bedroom villa,me and friends really enjoy the place because it was spacious ,clean and each room has a toilet and bath the only thing i dnt like is that the time we went to pool area is crowded because of the residence living in the flat beside the pool but overall it was excellent
