Disrespectful to the Customer

I visited the hotel for two days. I have never seen any Hotel so customer unfriendly that I experienced here. During my check out, I was asked to wait for few minutes in the name of room checking and this few minutes lasted until 20 minutes and I was given permission to leave when I reminded them many times. In the end when I left and driven to the gate, I was called back again to the reception. I went and then guess what, I was told one face towel is missing. I told her you wasted my half an hour for this face towel and I ended up paying them 25 dirham for this face towel which we had no clue about. I can't believe a 4 star property is so mean to harrass their customers for such a petty thing. It shows how they value their customers. Apart from this, food had no options at all as it was made for certain nationalities. In the end I regret going there.

The stay was quite comfortable. The options that are available at the property are indeed very promising. Possible improvement can be related to the food menu for breakfast & dinner as it was limited and repetitive.

Over all i can give 3. 8/5 rating. The live cooking station is poorly handled. 1 of 4 stoves is only working. The choices are limited on the buffet. Too much waiting on the reception. The swimming pool and bar was good. Valet parking can be managed more timely. Rooms were very spacious and bathroom was good.
