Everything was good food, hospitality and cleaning. However they charged for toothbrush which was unusual for a hotel and food can use little more salt.

Unfortunately this time one of our many stays or staycations here in Dubai was unpleasant. We are a family, a family of with a 2 years old and 5 years old. not recommended for small children families, they don't have a standard high chair, which honestly helps a lot more than mom and dad stressing all the time. then when it comes to the pool, the lifeguard was so unprofessional that we just left, thinking that our 2 years old has not have any training (He was I a swim ring and about 2m away from me, as I watch him) as I informed him politely and obviously it had escalated, but eventually the lifeguard told me to leave the pool and I just left with my family. will never come there again.

I'm staying in the hotel for long time and it feels like my second home. Staff are all nice and always happy to assist. Special thanks to reception team Aquib, Erica, menna, Nada , Abdu and Dana. Would recommend this hotel. Great service

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, . They have a waiting area thats so comfy after checking out. The pool is small, but the water is heated. You can get free towels for the pool at the rooftop. The room was great, they clean up every day. Food is delicious, they also have smoking room. All staff are friendly

The location was good. The staff were nice. However the rooms are not great. I had to change two rooms because of really bad smell. The hotel upgraded me to counter that but the issue of smell is common across rooms and alleyways. I wouldn’t recommend. My 3 stars are only for the staff.
