Starting from unwelcoming staff who don’t even care you exist until you ask them something, cluttered lobby, old towels and smell due to the horse race track next to the hotel especially in the mornings. Feels pretty much a budget hotel. But the service is pretty quick and prompt. Anything i asked for including toiletries, water etc was very timely provided and something i liked with the hotel. All in all expect a 3 star experience nothing more. There is nothing to do nearby.

Front staff was very rude, the on sun-day evening shift dated 23, sanya i think made feel me humiliated, she should think its us who is giving money to their hotel so that she is paid on time, and best part is her weir-ed fave expression, and the guy at same time didnt know how to speak with customers, ask they to come to india in my hotel and learn how to we treat

The hotel was fully equipped the day i arrived but the reception staff Adeel was awesome professional fast and very good explaining the hotel facilities, location of the hotel was good, the elevator clean wide and fast, you will not require waiting time to get it, parking in basement was more than enough, keep it up guys.

It was not first time i stayed in this hotel, i did like it the room was clean and big enough the service was fast the staff were friendly i would like to mention the name of fauzia the receptionist she was smiling all the time professional and fast well polite, the parking was easy to find no rush in the elevator area. It is really good place to stay i recommend it

It was really bad experience. We haven’t slept there. Just i made a dinner for my kids and go back to my home at 1am we left the hotel. The living room was so bad. Not clean. The furniture was to bad an also not clean at all

Comfortable stay! Good property with all amenities in place Located in business bay the property in well connected to major attractions. Has good buffet breakfast option and thanks to front desk I got a complimentary upgrade to a premium suite with canal view and view of the Burj Khalifa.
