The location of the property is very good, nearby a lot of shops. The room was quite good. as a standard package they should provide atleast one 500 ml per person per night in the room. it wasn't there in my room and I was asked to purchase it. drinking water is very basic amenities.

Only location is good. No water, no slippers, no dental kits. Also receptionists bad behaviors. Talking like rudely. They give us only one towel and its also very old and faded. We ask extra but didnt gave.

Hotel location is the benchmark near to union metro station and opp. To hotel there is supermart which is 24x7 open stall is cooperative and standard rooms are average, but as compare to other amenities it is worth it was my 2nd visit in 2 years in this hotel

I stayed in comfort inn hotel for 7 days. Overall the stay was ok. However some issues were there during the stay. The rooms were not well cleaned for couple of days. The housekeeping did not replenish the bath towels regularly. The cups and items in the room used were not cleaned or replaced until they were asked to do so. The air conditioning was not consistently working (increasing the temperature did not take affect. Bathroom door did not have proper closing mechanism. Flushing did not work initially, but was repaired second day.
