Terrible, reneged experience.

Worst, terrible experience ever. We booked our stay tin fabulous luxury home stay 1 day back taxis looking for the location of the stay as provided in make my trip site. Regrettably; the assistance provided by employees were pathetic. We spoke to 4 employees 7 times but these guys never rang back as they promised. We were standing under the hot sun for 3 hrs. After long waiting, a guy took us to the room initially, he took us to one floor then he changed the plan redirected us to another room. The room had nothing as advertised, we two got a small bed where we could hardly sit together. The whole night we remained awake, an absolute nightmare. No television, no drinking water or utensils given as mentioned. The washroom was the worst one. No cleanliness, peeing on the floor, the toilet was never flushed. I hold my toileting needs for 1 day coz i felt nauseated whenever i was opening the washroom door. We left the room the next morning itself though we paid for another 1 more day [ actually, we lost 1. 5 days money as our check in time was also delayed by the irresponsible employees. We felt something fishy at the very moment when the location was not accessible, so we requested the employees for the refund but they never did. Now, after 2 days a staff rang me for the feedback and hearing these they are looking for the proof of our experience. Strangely, how can someone take a snap of nasty toilet stuffs ?

My booking was yesterday. But i could not reach there due to lack of proper address. Contact number and correct address provided by mmt. I lost my money and faced a lot of problems at night. I had to pull out for the night. I tried to reach customer care but did not get proper information.
