Very disappointing service - room was smelling smoky, all night people were shouting in next door, and finally no-one helped with the luggage - had to manage alone with 11 months old baby. And after all this, the rude receptionist asked me money for laundry of their towels as there were baby food stains

It’s a good hotel if you’re just transiting through. I don’t qualify this as a four star to be honest but it serves the purpose. I wanted a place near the airport and this served the purpose. They provide free shuttle to the airport and beach which is nice and breakfast is fine- you won’t get too many varieties but it’s fine given the pricing. I would say it is worth the price land yes it is clean!

Mid night suddenly power went off and came back in a little while. Dental kit was not place in the washroom and they asked us to come and collect it in the reception otherwise for them to bring it to the hotel it will take 30 mins. Other than that, it was good place for a short stay. Very far from the active places of the city.

Dental kit was not place in the washroom and they asked us to come and collect it in the reception otherwise for them to bring it to the Panphuree Residence it will take 30 mins. Other than that, it was good place for a short stay. Very far from the active places of the city.

Location of the property was very near to Airport which makes it easier after a long journey. Also, the ambience of the Panphuree Residence is beautiful, and the rooms are cozy making it a good leisure stay experience. The infinity pool is great overseeing the flying flights. Good airport pickup and drop service
