Our stay at Zeavola resort was very peaceful. The theme of the resort is very close to culture and gives a tropical feel. The private beach right outside the resort provides an extremely beautiful view. There are other facilities provided by adventure office at Zeavola Resort like snorkeling, scuba diving, etc. Apart from mosquitoes which are common at such places our stay was very pleasant.

Disappointing experience

For the exorbitant amount of money that they charge, their service was below par. At best, we had a below average experience. The hospitality that one expects from an allegedly 5-star property was definitely missing here. The behavior of, especially the restaurant staff was demeaning and hostile on certain occasions. In fact, we were once denied a small request during the buffet breakfast which was a part of the menu and was told that they would only oblige us if we pay extra. This is not something that you encounter even in a 3-star property. Zeavola prides itself to be offering 5-star rustic luxury. But for us, it was a rather lackluster show. While some of the staff are modest and warm, there were others who would smirk and give you unwelcoming looks, which we felt was possibly on account of our racial identity (Indian). Other than that, there are too many mosquitoes and lizards which make your life miserable here. In a nutshell, a disappointing experience. A piece of advice for Indian or any Coloured travelers.

So beautiful and a true get away. It was so serene and quiet. The water sports was just out of the world in the resort and the staff was so friendly and warm. We wanted to stay longer and didn't want to leave the place it will true value for money

What a wonderful place. I had great expectations from the place but now I can say it far exceeded them. Amazing location, great rooms and amazing services. This is an ideal vacation resort. A true small luxury resort that really takes care of its guests.
