    Hotel is very good, but Walking Street and Pattaya Beach is 5 to 7 km from hotel, and hotel staff reception is very bad, it's terrible, behaviour not good.

    The restaurant staff is horrible. You have to yell many times to get a dish refilled. Very very lethargic and do not pay a heed. I had to lodge a complaint to get fruits which was already covered in my package. Front desk staff is good

    Hotel was nice as well as staff. But one problem was in each hotel of language. They don't know proper English speaking and understanding they should appoint a by language person. I visited this hotel two times. I am satisfied.

    The room was nice but the bed is not enough sufficient for two people. The shower was not ok. Also I believe they didn't use the any floor cleaning liquid to make it nice, poor smell in the room as well in the gallery and lift. Just an average experience in cheap budget.

    I won't say a lot except that one can write a case study based on my experience on how a hospitality company shouldn't function. Right from check-in to check-out everything with the hotel was wrong. Worse was MMT, as they didn't even try to help in reality, gave me excuses that we can't connect with the hotel. Please remove the hotel from the list, so that no one has to suffer like we did.
