Not so pleasant stay

We changed room 3 times total 4 rooms due to cockroaches, old room, smoke smell. Cameras were not working on few floors, didn’t feel safe. Staff was good but overall hotel old, not well ventilated. Same breakfast everyday for long stays its big no.

Had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location, the rooms and the amenities were very good. But i was not satisfied with the service provided here. The checkin and the overall experience was good till the last day. When we asked for bath towels on the last day we were told no towels are given on checkout day. We got around 4-5 calls from the front desk reminding us that we have to checkout by 12. We checked out by 12 but we were reminded till we we checked out
