The rooms are spacious, clean and very well equipped with all necessary requirements. All rooms are having pool view and the pool is very well maintained. Property location is also near to aao nang beach (just 5 mins by tuktuk. Nice option to explore.

I had an overall good experience at krabi aquamarine resort, booked on mmt. Krabi night market and krabi beach was just walking distance from the resort. Resort was clean and hygienic, safe to stay with kids and family. Clean swimming pool, my kids enjoyed their.

The property is located at the landmark. Everything is nearby like the beach and the market. Don't expect a good hospitality from them. It's just the location is bang on the prime location. On the checkout day we asked for a bottle of water they said no water as we were checking out and they asked us to pay for a bottle of water which was fine but they didn't understand or didn't have courtesy towards their guests. Just looking for a prime location it's the good property to stay in and the rooms are quite decent enough. They have all pool facing rooms only.

The receptionist was rude, they gave us an upgrade that we didn't want and then made us move from that room the next morning. They were so rude to us when we went to check the breakfast to decide whether we want the buffet or not, she shooed us away saying you haven't paid you can't look at the spread. I was gobsmacked. The hotel manager was also extremely racist towards all indians 3 more guests there complained about how she was rude to them too.

Ac stops cooling suddenly and when asked to repair was informed i need to simply switch it off for few hours and than swich on as it’s forming ice out side in the outdoor machine, i was cooperative, but i was charged 100 bhat for a one hour over stay on the check out day, i did not liked that

Simple property with spacious rooms, super helpful staff (nora at the front desk. Great location, super convenient to both the night market (went all nights we were there) & the beach. However it is not in the middle of the ao nang hustle & bustle which is about 2km away. Room could do with a touch up & the bathroom doors could be more solid.

I had booked this property for 17th feb 2023 and i had booked it way before, the day i reached to checkin i was told that the property is sold out and we cannot accommodate you and you’ll have to look for another hotel or a resort. It was such a terrible and horrible experience after a confirmed booking 10days prior to my stay. The staff was so indecent and inhuman.

The hotel is old construction, individual hut system. Not that maintained. Inside you will find cockrochs and lizards during night. Staff is very less. You will not find people in reception or room service phone will be not picked up. I have a feeling only one lady during day time is available as reception counter. Cleaning staff comes once in a day in particular time from outside. Though daily rooms are cleaned by them. I have to checkout by leaving the keys on table in 5. 30am morning i informed them my checkout time. Distance of the hotel is nearby from beach and market you can get indian food nearby. Hotel has a good maintained garden and swimming pool were you can relax. Found europeans more in hotel. In this rate we can have better hotels on beach

Other than that, hotel was very good with well maintained spacious room, clean and well oriented inside campus with a nice swimming pool at centre. However, food service seems to be not functional, may be due to lack of occupants. But it will not be a problem, as u can get affordable food option nearby.
