The hotel was barely okay.

The hotel was barely okay. They ask you to remove all footwear at the reception and ask you to carry it in your hands along with all the luggage that you have! They have no elevator or bell boy to carry the luggage, so imagine carrying all your luggage from the airport along with your footwear for two floors . Food is over priced and not good quality, no coffee maker in room. You'll find better hotels surely.

According to the reviews I read here I booked it .. It came out to be really opposite .. It is a very small hotel with very limited facilities .. No room service, no telephone in the room to call reception .. In short a 1 star property with no good hotel expercience ... Beds are comfy and room is good but no facilities .. So costly for the price charged

Super welcoming staff and helpful with everything. They suggested good food, bike rentals, airport transfers and the best and convenient tourist spots. All the facilities at the hotel were great. It's a very cozy place and felt just right to come back late in the night. The spa right beside the hotel is excellent too !!

The room was large and comfortable, with a good size bathroom. The location of the hotel is about 15 minutes off the main strip which also means it is quite quiet also, which is nice. No food allowed in rooms which is a little strange, I'd understand no durians, as with most of Thailand but no food at all seems odd. Just a way to make people eat in the restaurant maybe. Reception was unable to arrange bus tickets for us so we had to go a little further down the road for this.
