Person at check out is not cordial, i can say his replies are little rude. Restaurant food service is very poor. They gave a coupon for the evening music, with a snack complimentary, but they didnโ€™t serve even after finish my dinner. When asked their response was not good.

Property is very nice and we had a very comfortable stay. Restaurant is good, breakfast is also very good. A very nice massage & spa centre is there within hotel premise, go there only if you are looking for pure & proffesional massage only, no hank y panky. The only disadvantage, property is far from the city centre, at least 45min drive during normal hours. Overall it was a good experience staying here.

This is the best ever hotel I have seen in bkk. The staff is so welcoming, their staff at welcome desk always smiling , both staff day & night shift. & they were speaking so politely, not like typical sound aaaaaaaa, oooooooo This staff seems so educated. So cultured. Seriously I thank the each n every person of this hotel. One more think. I was having some ligament pain issue in my right hand joint. This hotel has a spa department. I have been at that spa I met one mam who was pregnant & I THINK she is a doctor also. That lady asked me about my hands issue and directly that pregnant women set on floor took my hand & started treatment with her team. She took balm & hot water towel for me & started moving my wrist, she got the perfect vein within 10 sec. And she told me " don't worry I'll cure This within 2 mins" I was very afraid of pain But, Guys believe me , I when I entered in this hotel I was waring a big size wrist band with aluminium scale since last 25 days, & that pregnant women removed my wrist band within 2 mins. She was like angel ๐Ÿ˜‡ for me that day. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป I was in so pain that I didn't even asked her name for which I feel sorry. Next day when I checked out, I want to hotels spa again to thank that women but unfortunately she was not there. I heartily thanks to that pregnant women ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป for what she did for me without thinking about her pregnancy. She was seating on floor and doing my treatment. I pray to God that she will get a very healthy and bring baby. God bless her and her family ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป & finally i thanks to management for having this kind of humble, polite & educated team . Issue is staff and their communication. They have been following up before 12 multiple time to check out. As i have informed reception a day before about flights time and late check out. They started saying some other guests have checkin time. We extended one room till evening and havenโ€™t seen anyone else coming to room till late evening

Very convenient to travel to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Just 10 minutes drive. They also have free shuttle service to Airport. Hotel rooms are ok. Staff behaviour is good but not fluent in English. Food is ok but it is advisable to try sea food restaurant just next to this hotel. This sea food restaurant is very big and paradise for sea food lovers.

It's near to the airport so we just had to stay for 6 hours since our flight was landing at 2 am. So it's a good option to spend a night at an economical rate.
There were mosquitoes in the room, so that should have been taken care of.
