Pros: spacious rooms with balcony and metro is near. Thai food courts and mall nearby Cons: breakfast spread was less and not impressive. Location wise, outside of the city and takes ~40mins to reach most of the destinations . Hotel air conditioner needs a change

Not good rooms, staff is not friendly, our stay was not managed properly, firstly receptionist send us to the room where a guest was already checked in and we only found out when we entered the room, food was not good at all, same food was served all days. Property is also not very good, no welcome drink was given on arrival, no ac in in waiting lobby, lack of properly trained staff. This was a good stay, staff were very nice and polite, even though they didn’t understand they tried to help as much as possible, rooms were good the only drawback for this hotel is if you are going to bangkok to explore nothing is nearby the property and you end up travel-ling at least 1 hours to reach any nearby attractions

Stay at metropoint was not good at all. Rooms were ok but the problem was in the breakfast. Not even a single vegetarian food only a bread was there for vegetarian. Travellers who vegetarian cannot be able to have breakfast in this hotel. Very bad with hotel management.
