The check in was a pleasure, the room was fresh but the kettle and tea were missing, there was no basic crockery in the room, like cups, plate and glasses. The breakfast on offer was a disappointment, advice not to include in the plan as you can get better options in nearby restaurants. The checkout too was as smooth as butter. The cab for the airport was booked by the hotel and it came dot on time. The staff was very cooperative and courteous.

The hotel room stinks, the bathroom has no amenities, the bed and towels were full of stains and absolutely no service was provided in the rooms. The hotel housekeeping staff will randomly barge into your room during the day with no prior notice. Terrible experience!

The hotel is a basic room property with minimal inclusions. No amenities within the room, everything seems to be requested. Seven basics like tea coffee kettle not available. 2 small water packs offered at the start of the stay only and not replenished on an everyday basis

Very bad experience. There were no kettle to heat water. Tap water not safe in barcelona. No tea or coffee available make in room. For 3 days they gave only 2 small cans of water for 2 people. Hotel’ s policy is no outside food allowed, so we didn’t take external food to the room. But surprisingly we saw on the second a couple asking for cutlery and plates to take food at room and personal at reception happily give it. Policy should be same for all guests. Very indifferent attitude towards the guests. We were in london, bristol, paris, toulouse, barcelona more than a month. Unfortunately ibis was the worst experience. Only positive thing in ibis was their house keeping was very good. Every day they cleaned the room and towels were changed appropriately
