The stay was great. The room was good. Breakfast was good for the price i paid. They missed the free airport pick up. However they provided me free airport drop. They even provided packed breakfast on final day, due to my early morning flight. They also arranged for covid test for my son there were minor drawbacks like no lift and did not get hot water

We have booked honeymoon spl room and they kept our expectations. Great location. Food was excellent. Want to mention one incident and their behavior. we got in a trouble, my ATM card was captured by ATM vendor machine just before 8 hours from leaving the kathmandu. We were tensed, had no idea what to do. but the hotel staffs specially Mr. Neeraj and the owner Mr. Rajendra ji helped us in a way ,as if we were in our own country. thanks to all team members of kathmandu eco hotel .they made our trip safe comfortable and enjoyable . I will definitely recommend this hotel. will visit soon. 😊
