Hotel is located in the centre of the city and easy access to kl tower and twin tower. Checking timing is 2. 00 pm, so if any one is landing in early morning hours then could have wait till 2. 00 pm for checkin in Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Brakefast was good and view from the too big window was very nice. Overall good experience. Thanks

Stay was great and comfortable. The staff was very polite and kind and paid attention to every detail. Food was testy( breakfast) and overall stay was very pleasant as the location added extra advantage as the Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre is situated right close to the nice places around.

Nice clean rooms with plenty of electric outlets water filter for pure drinking water was very helpful. Staff members were very helpful during our stay, always ready and willing to help. Thanks to a deb for helping us reserve airport transportation. We will definitely return if we visit kl again.

This Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre is just next to the pavilion mall. That's the best part. Breakfast options are spread across. Room size is small given the location. Having said that, service quality is good. They were quite prompt to do check in and check out. Staffs were courteous.
