The people at the hotel including the front office, restaurant and the bar were super courteous. The hotel is located at the perfect junction which is 15min walking distance to most of the tourist areas. Not to forget the breakfast though which is identical each day but is quite a bit of spread. For me, i am glad that i chose this hotel for my stay while in florence.

Location is a distant and misleading when advertised as centrally located. On the banks of the river. Central area is a good 15, 20 minute walk. Taxi becomes essential costing. Besides that clean. No mirror in our bedroom, only in bathroom.

Room size was okay. Clean and good modern lobby. Good location. However, the biggest problem for us Indians is that they refuse to provide tea kettle in the room. So getting bed tea is a big struggle because no room service before 7 am. Also the breakfast waiting time was 20 min if you wanted to leave before 8:30.
