Good location, decent sized rooms for a 3 night stay. All the best if you’re staying longer as they don’t offer housekeeping. Don’t check in during happy hours as the front desk is also the barkeep 😄

Too small room, very tiny washroom, very tiny wash basin, very tiny bed. The hotel is good for dwarfs or skinny people. Even the basic necessities like dental kit is not provided by the hotel. And they don’t have phones in the room through which you can call the reception. They have a qr code through which you can chat with someone in their hotel but that also doesn’t work. The chat sends robotic replies. Only good thing is that they have micro wave, coffee maker and cutleries in their room.

Great stay, but mm t made an issue.

I paid for a apartment room in stay-city apartment hotel. But booked the room as just studio which is an inferior room to the apartment room. I did not notice this they must call the apartment studio just studio. When i arrived at the hotel they told me that my booking was for studio room and not apartment room. Which was very embarrassing. They gave us a room which was very small and not that i booked. I have a kid just 1 year old and that's why i booked the big room with 642 euros. I contacted for the issue but the call got disconnected and did not reconnect. I received a mail from the operative and i told him the issue. But in the meanwhile i went to reception and told them that there has been a mistake because they can check the price i paid is for apartment and cannot be for studio which is much cheaper. The lady then showed me the booking and they were right. Anyways the lady seeing the price i paid was generous enough to offer me the apartment room. If it wasn't for the staff here at stay-city i would have been robbed Coming to the stay, the hotel is right at the centre of the city. Access to all amenities, kitchen fully stacked. No complaints at all. Staffs are very helpful as you can see how they upgraded me.
