If you’re planning to visit bali, i highly recommend this place. One of the coolest experiences i’ve had. It had a a public bath area on the ground floor. Felt so good after a day of traveling, exploring, etc. Such a great and unique experience.

The stay is very good and it’s very easily access to the kuta beach and few more beaches. It’s very near to the party area and easily we get bike rentals, car rentals and all the breakfast is very good and it has a lot of varieties in it. Especially the fried rice and crackers are awesome. Overall the place is simple super.

I stayed in this hotel for a week. We couple traveled to Bali from Hyderabad (India). Staff at hotel were very good and cooperative. Breakfast and cleanness of hotel above average. Location wise very good and very near to all places. Restaurant service is 24/7 and everything will be available even at 3 pm. Worth for the every penny.

I stayed for 5 days. I first booked for 2 days which went awesome and I extended three days more. I don't know what went wrong. The garbage bags were left in the room for 2 days. Ac wasn't working fine, complained about it twice. First time, there was no response, second time the same happened. The balcony door was not working fine, they repaired it and what the worst thing was, I checked out and kept my luggage with them. I came back around 2 and all I asked was a small bottle of water as it was very hot outside and I wasn't feeling well. The guy at the reception denied a small bottle of water and suggested to buy from the bar. Please note that we had been staying there for 5 days, and they couldn't even give us a water bottle. The Sun Hotel and Spa, when someone who's staying at your hotel for 5 days asks for water, let it be after checkout, you do not say no. Thank you for spoiling the good experience I had in the hotel for the first two days. I also asked them for a complimentary decoration for anniversary which a lot of hotels give to their guests on their special occasions but no, when they can't give a bottle of water, guess how would they give a complimentary decoration.

We booked The cheapest/basic room listed, which itself was quite spacious with a balcony. We choose this Hotel to rest on our last day of Bali trip as our flight was late night and we had to checkout of our resort in Legian. This place is walking distance from Legian and Kuta Beach and The best value for money room in The area.

I and my husband stayed there for 5 days. In which the housekeeping staff forgot the garbage lying in The room only for 2 days, the balcony door wasn't working well, the AC wasn't working well for which I complained too. Also, the hospitality was really good the first and second day but it further went to be worse till the last day. After checkout, I kept the luggage with them and went on to shopping. After coming back, all I asked was a small bottle of water because what I personal think if a guest is staying at your hotel for continuous 5 days, an extra water bottle, that too such a small bottle, wouldn't have hurt the guy at the reception. Of course, I could buy it and I bought it. But, if a guest who has been staying for 5 days asks for a small water bottle, you do not deny them and suggest them to buy water, The Sun Hotel and Spa. You guys were good just the first and second day, maybe you got our second booking for further three days and you were very ignorant.
