Good hotel, 10 min walk to City centre, extremely close to Viking Station, good spacious Souna, restaurant though with limited menu.

Was too cramped up for space and they do not allow smoking, also basic amenities like tooth brush and comb as well as shaving kit should have been there.

I had problems upon check-in with room type, but I guess there was problem with MakeMyTrip agency booking... The receptionist Ms. Mia should study hospitality better, so next time she could solve this kind of situation easier and faster. And would recommend not to trust pictures on their official web site, rooms are dark mostly, some of them don't have windows at all... Especially family superior extra, junior suit - I saw it... They explained that hotel was previously old factory. Decided to stay at just superior extra even when I've paid for family. Breakfast is average, but service is good, fast and professional. Overall I would say that I've enjoyed my stay there except windows.
