The hotel was 15 mins far from the main station, decent connectivity to the old city. However, we had requested for an early check in which was at 10am but only managed to get the check in post 3 pm. The room was good but there was no room service nor there was bar counter open for late coffee as the staff informed it remains closed on sun-day and monday. Overall average stay.

Decent hotel if you are staying for a night or so. Little far away from the main tourist attraction but bus connectivity is very good. The bus station is opposite the hotel.

An old hotel in dire need of renovation

The hotel is very old and in need of renovation. The room was clean, but there wasn't reconditioning or at least not a local one, that one could manage. The location is OK if you are going to the Expo/Messe but if you want to see Salzburg prepare to walk for at least 20-25 minutes to something worth seeing. There was a free parking which is great, the Wi-Fi was OK and the breakfast was good. The beds are OK too. Would not visit again.

Rooms were clean, view from the room was very good. No lock in bathroom. Helpful staff. Location was 2 km away from center. Cost of taxi from Railway station to hotel is 10 euro. So, if you are getting hotel near to the station for 20-30 euro extra then better to go with that hotel as station is near to the center.

Hotel was good but it is not upto the mark of a 4 star standard may be 3 star. Toiletries were missing in washrooms, hotel desperately needs a renovation. Not considering as 4 star because rooms were not so spacious, personalized facilities like tea and coffee maker, water bottles were not available. Food was good, but there is a monotonous menu every day, breakfast time was till 10.30 am but they wrap up by 10 am without considering that guest are still there and having there food.
