Short melbourne trip

Hotel is conveniently located near southern cross station. Room had microwave and mini fridge with couple of plates, etc to manage any small eats. Space was ok. I did not use their restaurant however there are some indian food options nearby. A grocery store also is at walkable distance. They allowed early check-in at around 12 noon without much fuss which i appreciate. Hotel has a laundry room to use as well. Mattress and pillow were ok. Internet was very slow. Was a great stay just by the Yarra river . Road to the hotel used to be pleasurable walk down the lanes . The cool breeze and clean air never forgot to please me . Every Night when I returned I used to find my room completely neat ed up . The bedsheets used to be in place and the washroom cleaned as if completely afresh . Though there was definitely not a great view from my room outside but overall a good stay with some good memories. Excellent service

Was a great stay just by the Yarra river.. Since I had a conference at the Melbourne convention centre it used to a pleasurable walk down the lanes.. The cool breeze and clean air never forgot to please me.. Every Night when I returned I used to find my room completely neated up.. The bedsheets used to be in place and the washroom cleaned as if completely afresh... Though there was definitely not a great view from my room outside but overall a good stay with some good memories.

Everything was nice about the hotel, room was neat and clean, but same boring breakfast daily, being from India I don't eat beef and pork, I have asked for simple normal omelette but was refused by the steward. Later I didn't had breakfast at the hotel during my stay,

They always have pork and beef in breakfast as I am from India cannot eat those items at least you should have alternate breakfast with chicken and lamb. I don't find value in breakfast whatever I pay.

Dissatisfied about the fact that towel, soap, shampoo and even drinking water has to be asked for individually and only then, the caretaker will provide. No breakfast at 7:30 AM when I checked out, since caretaker was sleeping. Not happy.

Hotel is conveniently located near southern cross station. Room had microwave and mini fridge with couple of plates, etc to manage any small eats. Space was ok. I did not use their restaurant however there are some indian food options nearby. A grocery store also is at walkable distance. They allowed early check-in at around 12 noon without much fuss which i appreciate. Hotel has a laundry room to use as well. Mattress and pillow were ok. Internet was very slow. Overall satisfactory stay.
