We booked our stay through MakeMyTrip and had a truly wonderful experience at Bluesun Hotel. The breakfast buffet spread was amazing with plenty of variety, and the views of the ocean from the hotel were simply breathtaking. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the room service was prompt and efficient. Check-in was very smooth, which set a great tone for the stay. What really stood out was the front desk team – extremely polite, helpful, and honest. They even pointed out when we had accidentally made a duplicate payment for a bill and immediately returned it, which speaks volumes about their integrity. Beyond that, they helped us plan our trip better by arranging tickets to Ba Na Hills, airport pick-up, and even suggested excellent local places to eat. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with the best hospitality. Highly recommend Bluesun Hotel Da Nang for anyone visiting the city.

Our stay at Bluesun Hotel was one of the best experiences in vietnam. All the staff ( specifically Anna and Jade at the reception) was very helpful and friendly. The spa experience was also wonderful and worth it. The food was also great and there were ample vegetarian and vegan options for us. The location was very convenient and prime. Only the person at the bar counter on top floor seemed disinterested to serve us, otherwise everything was okay.
