I booked this hotel through MakeMy trip. Com. It is a decent hotel for a short trip. This hotel is located very close to the O\Hare international airport and easy to reach in five minute time. I stayed for one night. Service- I enjoyed more was airport drop off. The hotel guy did a good job. I was on time and reached the location at terminal 5. Overall I am satisfied
