No elevator & too far pitta house

Property is too far from ao nang area(which is a main point of attraction with lot of indian restaurants. Property doesn’t have elevator. They gave us room in 04th floor. So every time, we were forced to climb 04 floors with luggage. Nobody knows english in reception. It’s a basic hotel with a small bathroom
