The hotel was located conveniently next to the historical gate of the old chiangmai fort all the shopping areas and interesting places and sites were in near vicinity. On arrival the reception accepted my request for an early check in and did not mind a bit late check out, so thanks for the consideration and care. The rooms were well furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences and fixtures, an excellent deal and value for money indeed with complimentary breakfast. The restaurant, bar, gymn and swimming pool all added up to an excellent experience for the price we paid, really amazing. I think it was worthwhile and comfortable stay in an efficient establishment.

The hotel location is good but very bad rooms and toilet. Hotel is old and dilapidated. Walls are paper thin. You can hear what the other guests are watching on tv. You can literally hear everything.
