Choose the hotel as I had an early morning flight to Krabi they do have a shuttle service to and from the Airport which is chargeable but good to have that option. Staff was extremely friendly and even helped me place an dinner order from a fast food joint over the phone. Beds were comfy. Overall a pleasant stay

When I check-in at about 8 AM I was told that I have to pay extra hourly after 12 PM and when I told that I will be hardly staying for 10 hours they told me that I have to check our by 12 PM or else pay one day tariff more. Which I have to pay it is daylight robbery.

There was no lift. Room was provided on second floor. Location is near to airport but far from Bangkok city. Rooms and bathroom was very clean. Staff was very cooperative. Overall a good stay. Language is an issue.

It was difficult to find Indian food. Somehow convinced one Indian hotel to deliver veg Indian food who charged me 150 bahts as delivery charges. Although there was a 7/11 restaurant at foot steps.

Hotel is good, specially who want to stay near airport. Nice services & good food. Airport shuttle is good & hassel free. But negative point is they don't have escalator even for 3rd floor rooms. They a lot me room on3rd floor. Ya but good thing is that on request they change my room in 1st floor. Overall it's good.

We wanted to stay near the international airport to catch our next flight to Phuket. Their service was quick and efficient. They had a pick up and drop facility and a 24 hour snacks area for people who wanted to drop in to rest or lounge. The rooms were quite clean and aesthetically decorated. The sanitary ware in the shower area had some repairs to do but all the other facilities were up to the nark. Overall, it was worth every money spent..!
