Dear team, we have asked (at 11:40 am) on 10th sep to extend for 3 hours due to train timing, which was at 16:17. at the reception asked me to wait to check the availability and after 5 mins she called us saying that we need to pay 75 chf. We told her that the check in process was delayed because we didn’t like the apartment and we have changed the apartment. She refused to extend for free of charge and she said it is your mistake and she start raising her voice. We told her that we are your loyalty customers and this was our 3rd stay, and we have recommended your hotel to many people in uae. We told her we will not come back with this attitude, she said it’s ok. She was very rude, and we promised not only to visit the hotel but also the entire city. It is very important we the hotel gives a good image of the city and verse versa.
