Beautiful location, exactly in front of Horw, Sefeeld Bus Stop which is just 15 mins away from Lucerne Station. The apartment is very secure and the self check-in process is very easy. Ample space for a small family. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Overall a beautiful place to stay.

Lack of Cleanliness and Very Troubling Check-In Process

“The hotel experience was very disappointing. Cleanliness was lacking – the pillow had a bad smell. Towels and napkins were old and in poor condition, and they tried to hide it by using colorful towels. Check-in was a hassle. due to language issues, the process became extremely difficult. Overall, the stay was far below expectations.”

We stayed at the Anstatthotel at Lucerne, Swiss for 2 days. The self check-in process is smooth. The room provided kitchen utensils which helped us to prepare food ourselves. The bus station is just opposite the hotel which is a major advantage. We could take a bus day pass for less than 10 CHF and travel around the Swiss landscape. Overall excellent location

The rooms were nice and clean. Bathroom was well maintained. Everything was in tip top condition. The only problem we faced was that even though it was a self service hotel there should be some one to change the garbage bags on a daily basis. And some one to speak english as we had a problem while checking in. How will i get money back

we booked the anstatthotel horw through mmt. The property was excellent and exceptional with the location, right opposite the bus stop. Swiss public transport service is so good with excellent connectivity. The property served our purpose to explore lucerne and nearby places. There are supermarkets, migros, dunner just by walkable distance of 800 m. Our studio room was excellent with beautiful mountain and lake views. The room was spacious for 2 people with a kitchenette / essential utensils, a very good shower cubicle, washbasin, and wc area. As a whole, it is very cost-effective and excellent property for single, couple, and family because property offers rooms of various sizes. Loved the self cheek in system.

Very nice experience here. Very easy check in system and support. Very neat and clean apartments. Modern furnishings and new property. Small kitchen setup really helps. Good option in this budget. I was there with my family. I will definitely recommend this for small family.

The location is quite close to the city, and Bus 20 stops right in front of the Anstatthotel Horw - app self-check-in. The apartment is good, but the balcony view is even more beautiful. Online check-in is required before arrival.

Everything was good once you enter the building. There is no staff though so basic housekeeping is also not done until requested.

Very good place to stay. Hassle free check in process. Just 15 mins from Lucerne station and in front of the bus stop. Very good scenic place. Will love to come again

Rooms are clean but there is nobody from Anstatthotel Horw - app self-check-in if an emegency arises. Only a phone no to help. There should be a cloak room facility if anyone want to leave his lugguage for few hours after checkout.
