It is definately value for money. One has to be prepared in mind that it is mainly self service. The staff at front desk was fantastic could speak manageable English. Dongdaemun night market is walking distance. There is food street down the road where one can enjoy delicious authentic food. To see other places one has to take a cab. They have free laundry. The breakfast is 6 to 9 am but very minimal which you can carry in your room in the tray.
