Excellent place to stay with family but check out time too early

Property is right on the beach! Rooms and spacious and clean! Staff is good and supportive. Check out time had to be better and not 10 am. It has to be at 12 noon. Checkin time give us 4 pm and checkout 10 am-do u need 6 hours to make a room???
