When you arrived, we did check thoroughly and found that your booking through MakeMyTrip had not reflected on our system due to a technical issue on the extranet platform. The specific suite room you had selected was already sold out at that time. To assist you, we offered two alternative rooms at a better rate, hoping to make your stay comfortable despite the technical hiccup. However, we understand you chose not to stay. As you mentioned, our unique selling points are: Conveniently Located, 24/7 Elevator, Spacious Rooms, Tremendously Comfortable Beds, and Breakfast with Varieties. All of the rooms at Hotel Jay Suites are deluxe rooms and feature Mitsubishi Air Condition, German Hardwood Parquet Floor, Mini bar (Refrigerator, Tea/Coffee maker, Bottled water, toiletries etc. The entire Jay Suites team misses you already. Dear Anshul Sir, Namaste from Hotel Jay Suites! Thank you for the review. Your feedback always gives us opportunity to improve. On that night the generator was on after the power went out but later high voltage power came back once for couple seconds that broke our generator. it was in the middle of the night so we could not get the generator fixed right away. we got it fixed the next morning. We generally let the window open before our guest check-in so that fresh air can get in to keep the room fresh but that day, we could not check you in on time that was informed to us. So we went back and closed the window so that no dust can get in and because of this you might have had odor problem but this was from nothing else but closed room. we again apologize for it. We serve 3 types of Indian breakfast, English breakfast, American breakfast, Jay Benedict, Jay's Special breakfast and so on. We will try our best to have more options on the menu. Thank you for your suggestion.
